User Acquisition Manager

About The Position

  • You will be the owner of the user acquisition strategy and the execution for our online localization services. Our ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in PPC campaign management for B2C and/or B2B global products, growth mindset and a passion to lead and impact company’s revenue.Responsibilities:
    • Own the online acquisition strategy and execution, to drive online conversions of our Self-service, B2SMB and B2B solutions.
    • Manage global and large-scale marketing campaigns on Google, LinkedIn and Facebook while meeting the company KPIs.
    • Run data-driven experiments and A/B tests to optimize company’s performance.
    • Research and implement conversion optimization recommendations.
    • Perform ongoing target audience discovery, expansion, and optimization.
    • Work closely with the design and content team and provide brilliant creative ideas.
    • Grow new marketing channels – LinkedIn, Twitter, Taboola/Outbrain, and any other channel that could be relevant.


    • 3+ years of hands-on experience in managing campaigns on both Google and Facebook (LinkedIn an advantage).
    • Experience with campaigns in large scales ($50K+ per month) – a must
    • Experience in managing campaigns for a global company -a must.
    • Data driven with strong analytical skills and familiarity with BI and campaign analytics platforms.
    • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
    • Experience in creating and optimizing conversion flows and landing pages.
    • Extensive knowledge of key marketing metrics like LTV/CAC and an understanding of how to optimize through marketing activities.
    • Creative abilities and copywriting skills – an advantage.
    •  “Can-do” and hands-on mentality, growth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Experience with other PPC channels (LinkedIn, Taboola, Outbrain, and other ad networks) – an advantage.
    • Familiarity with Email marketing, HubSpot marketing automation and experience in B2B lead generation – an advantage.
